🗡️
🗡️
I crossed the lands through dust and flame,
With only whispers of your name.
In armor worn and bloodstained grace,
Each battle carved your charm face.
The stars above watched kingdoms fall,
But none could match your sovereign call.
I’d trade my sword for just one kiss,
And fall a thousand times for this.
You were the flame behind my blade,
The reason that I never swayed.
I bent not knee to king nor fate,
But knelt before your castle gate.
The war drums beat, the banners flew,
Yet all I sought, my love, was you.
For thrones may rust and empires fade
But not the vow that we have made.
If I must fight through time and war,
To hold your hand forevermore,
Then let the poets one day sing;
Of how I died to crown my queen.
